My beautiful wife woke me up last Saturday morning saying the HVAC system was making a squealing noise intermittently. I tried calling my regular folks, but was only able to leave a message. I looked around on the internet and found A&R (the only one that said they were “open” for business that day). Long story shortened… I called Andy (he was totally understanding and helpful) who said he would call Francisco to ask if he could stop by. Sure enough, Francisco arrived, diagnosed and explained the problem, found a solution to it to last through the weekend, ordered the needed part by phone while there, then returned on Monday to install it. Awesome service providing peace of mind.

Thanks to A&R’s great work, they will now be my “regular folks”!
